Product Overview
This paramagnetic transducer is used in the Respiratory Care System. The paramagnetic transducer is used for the measurement of oxygen and nitrogen mixtures in a medical environment. This transducer provides a digital output signal corresponding to oxygen concentrations in the range 0% to 100%. This part ensures stable and linear measurements of oxygen allowing for calibration to be performed using two reference gases. Because of the intended application in an intensive care ventilator, where hypoxic gas mixtures will not be used, calibration is optimized with one reference gas being medical-grade air, and the second gas being 100% medical-grade oxygen. It comes with a 4 posistion connector and an O-Ring which acts as a gas seal. It is packaged in an antistatic bag to prevent from damage and marked with the part number for easy identification. This is compatible with Engstrom, Engstrom Pro, Carescape R860 Ventilator System.
